Our three twin screw extruders have PLC controlled mix facilities and oil injection systems to ensure a consistent and efficient mixing process. One of the mixing lines is dedicated to the production of coloured compounds backed by a dedicated colour match facility.

There is also a separate line for the manufacture of high quality crystal PVC grades. Recent investment has seen the installation of bulk PVC resin silos to improve efficiency and maintain a cost effective advantage.
